Radish Stir-Fry
This is a simple and easy to make radish stir-fry which goes well with any vegetarianment. Radish is an excellent vegetable for weight loss Sending this Radish Stir fry recipe to Healthy Diet Event – Fat Free Recipies hosted by me and event by Priya.
Ingredients:-
| Radish | 250g |
| Onion (Sliced) | 1 |
| Green chili (Chopped) | 2 |
| Curry leaves | 1 Sprig |
| Mustard seeds | 1/2 TSP |
| Urad dhal | ½ TSP |
| Turmeric Powder | ½ TSP |
| Salt | 1/4 TSP or to taste |
| Cooking Oil | 1 TBS |
How I made it:-
- Wash and grate the radish. Set aside.
- Slice the onion and chop the green chilies
- Heat a medium wok and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Splutter the mustard seeds and add urad dhal.
- Add curry leaves and sliced onion.
- Saute until onion turns translucent.
- Add grated radish and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add turmeric powder and salt and saute for 5 to 6 minutes or until radish cook through.
- Serve this stir-fry as a side.
